Facial Coverings Part I

Areas Where Facial Coverings Should Not Be Worn Effective Immediately

Outdoors --> open spaces, parking lots, backyards, parks, recreational areas, shopping centers, playgrounds, schools, behind large buildings, restaurants, any area where plenty of fresh air and clean oxygen is available to inhale.

Inside Vehicles --> space that is within the motor vehicle. When an individual is sitting or operating a motor vehicle/automobile, it is highly advisable to not block the nasal breathing region while driving.

Inside Housing --> space that is contained where an individual resides, including houses, townhouses, apartments, condos, cabins, tents, boats, etc.

While Exercising --> when an individual is engaged in aerobic exertion it is highly unadvisable to have a cloth barrier blocking oxygen intake.

Enclosed Spaces --> if sitting in isolation inside in an enclosed space. Such as any warehouse, building, room or enclosure, within which, in the absence of artificial ventilation, the air movement will be limited and any flammable atmosphere will not be dispersed naturally.

Overall the removal of face masks is appropriate and highly advisable at the current time for most cases. Please make sure to adhere to state law guidelines, until they change, so there is no inherent conflict of interest.
